I designed the spool holder for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2268148 that relocated the spools from the back to the front and top, requiring an easy way to route filament to the extruder, so I came up with this solution. I added a 10-foot PTFE tube, consisting of two 5-foot sections, with a 4mm inner diameter and 6mm outer diameter, to guide the filament. Loading a spool is effortless; simply push the filament through until it emerges by the extruder, working perfectly for PLA. Initially, I planned to install two guides in the back corner corners, but the sharp turn proved too challenging. Ultimately, I used one guide on the side adjacent to the back corner, achieving the desired result.
