I was particularly impressed by this design on Thingiverse: 735350, but my fittings required 1/8" NPT threading so I adapted it slightly to accommodate the smaller hole size. To fit my specific needs, I drilled out and threaded the hole to accept 1/8" NPT threads. It's a consideration for future improvement - adding direct thread integration into the design itself. These connectors, available from Amazon, served my purposes perfectly: B00A150R3O
