FlashForge Dreamer X-axis wire clip. The clip could be held securely by pushing it onto the inside rib of the FlashForge Dreamer body, but I decided that since the X-axis motor wires move constantly, a more secure attachment was needed. I chose to tap the clip with an M3-0.5 thread and use an M3-0.5 x 8mm socket head machine screw. These screws are used throughout the printer and can be purchased on eBay. Only the clip needs to be tapped, no modification to the printer's body is required. I did not glue the clips or use another method of attachment because I wanted to avoid modifying the printer's body. Printing the clip is a challenge due to its small size. The heat from the nozzle can melt the clip, so it's best to print it inside a tall skirt. This involves setting skirt layers to a high number in Simplify3D and using a raft with a nozzle fan. I set my settings to Medium Quality ABS print (0.2 mm layer height), 70% infill, 80% Outline Overlap, and 2 Perimeter Shells. Printed with FlashForge white ABS. Installation involves tapping the holes, partly driving M3 machine screws into the clip, pushing X-axis motor wires into the clip, and then pushing the clips onto the rib inside FlashForge Dreamer. Make sure to support the plastic body of the printer on the outside when pushing the clips onto the rib. Finally, tighten the screws just enough for the clips not to be able to slide off the rib. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/6ea250c9fade1eba4fbd9e3d/w/49d721cc76bba5f47aac2f2f/e/04ff4806293fd50d08ffa9ab
