Center-mounted upper filament guide. Low profile, needs no change to the machine. Upper slots allow filament to feed either externally from behind or internally up through the back hole; lower slots allow feeding from stock internal mounts, down through the rear hole, or from a side-mounted filament holder. Simply slide into place from the front and fix with either pin or something like BrianHooker's cable harness guide. The top cover still fits on. The second round piece is only needed if you use a cable harness guide, and the pin if you don't. Holes for PTFE tubing, but fit seems to vary by brand.
