Flashforge Dreamer Side Panel Mk1
thingiverse
Here is my first design of a Flashforge Dreamer side panel with a cut-out at the bottom so you can mount your spool holder with the panel on. I know that it looks like I've just chopped it off, but I agree with you - it saves a bit on filament printing it this way, and you don't have to worry about maiming your print by being too rough with the cutters. As you can see, it fits perfectly, although I didn't thread the filament through the correct hole as I wanted you all to see it before I made the adjustment. This will be a work in progress, as I want to refine it a bit more, but I don't think it'll take much more tweaking. I also designed this to keep the heat in when printing with ABS; when printing with PLA, just remove them - it takes seconds, nice. P.S. Fit this part from the outside of the Flashforge, not from inside the printer.
