FlashForge Dreamer Side Panel Fan Mount The side panel fan mounts are engineered to replace the snap in side panels of the Dreamer, allowing you to mount two 80x80x15mm fans on either the left or right side of the Dreamer as I have done with my own Dreamer. They might also fit the Dremel. Two designs of fan mounts come included. The flat side panel fan mount is designed for the left side. Since it's flat on the outside, you can let your printer stand against its left wall when doing maintenance work, something I do frequently. The outset side panel fan mount typically goes onto the right side, giving more space for the internal components inside. You wouldn't normally install this one on the left side because that's how I generally put my printer down during upkeep, lying it on its left side, not standing it up. Please note: these pictures show older models, reflecting an earlier design I used at the time. The diagram demonstrates exactly how I linked four extra fans to a power supply step-down unit, along with a temperature control switch, giving users full command over the internal environment and keeping overheating in check.
