Flashforge Dreamer Rear Filter Box
cults3d
This is a HEPA capable filter I designed for the Flashforge Dreamer. This will mount directly to the back using the original M3 bolt holes, and you can use the stock bolts if you want, however I recommend buying longer bolts to avoid the headache. Take off the rear fans, then glue the nuts into the inside of the filter box over the bolt holes. Form the steel mesh to the top tray of the filter using a straight edge and super glue this in place. from here you can cut filter fabric to fit, or put activated charcoal in and cover with filter fabric. I recommend NOT buying the charcoal below; it's a finer powder than I expected and as you can see it's actually blowing the through the filter fabric on top. Please message me if you need help with this print, I'm happy to help. I used the following materials from amazon: Assorted bolts - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07333MLQN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Steel mesh for the top tray - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082L4S6FQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 MERV-13 Filter fabric (I also used this for COVID-19 Masks) - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0876G3LSG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Activated charcoal (absorbs the fumes from printing ABS) - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08666G46R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
