Using these two designs http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:714533 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:730333, we created a spool holder that fits perfectly with the Flashforge Dreamer filament and our Flashforge Creator Pro X printer. We combined both files to meet our needs. Printed with 0.3 layer height and 15% infill, this spool holder seems to be working exceptionally well so far.
