The Dreamer is an excellent printer overall. However, its internal spool holders fail to cooperate effectively with non-standard FF spools. These spools swap the side "windows" for new 3D-printed holders. I have successfully installed these on two separate machines, but they presented distinct challenges. On one printer, a small hole had to be drilled at the back and screwed in place using the clip. In contrast, the second device accepted it with precision without needing additional adjustments. The included shims elevate the lid, making room for the filament to be threaded through the narrow gap between the top and body of the printer.
