The new Dreamer Flex Block allows flexible TPE filaments like NinjaFlex TPE to print buckles-free on FlashForge printers. The block works perfectly by reducing any gaps between printer heads, eliminating unnecessary pressure put upon filament under load at its gears or drive trains and gears allowing your filament feed extruder motors move at the same speed all along. If it didn't take me countless days to discover why printing TPE with Flash Forge printer could go so wrong sometimes. No matter which filament or what quality, TPE has a propensity of curling due in big part by excess length. After numerous trials, I finally understood what is keeping all these print runs in an eternal struggle: a standard drive train system is quite insufficient in keeping this particular sort of TPE material taut on most standard FlashForge models (but more specifically the Dreamer printer itself). Now, the situation is different because new and custom parts were engineered into that printer allowing any type of plastic TPE flexible filaments can now print well using that very specific unit model number: FN 300, Dreamer, FDM. Flexible TPE materials including but not limited to: 2mm TPE; Flex and some ASAP filament material also benefit as it enables us for first-time customers and those struggling a more comfortable process - I'm assuming this drive unit does come with one's specific flash forge units so don't let your current one cause more stress and try using this alternative if required. With speed rates set from low of 20mm/s through up to thirty which by experience it works best around 15 (recommended in many of my posts I created), you can get all of that beautiful quality right here on a printer head.
