Flashforge Creator Pro Super Duper Spool Hanger

This is a super duper hanger for Flashforge Creator Pro printers and similar models. This design has several advantages. Bearings-based, virtually zero friction is achieved. Easy to mount and remove the spool without screwing required. Easy to install and remove holder from the printer in tight spaces. Fits all common spool form factors and spool holes including Hatchbox spools with 1" hole. Printing: Print in the orientation of the provided STL file for maximum strength. I printed with ABS, four bottom/side/top layers, 0.2mm layers at 0.4mm nozzle, 20% infill and support material from the printing bed to that large round bump. Materials: M6*90 screw, four X 626 bearings (I prefer plastic/glass type), and an M6 hex nut are required. Assembly: Deburr the spacers and other holes, insert the bolt into the base, insert the spacers and bearings, insert the end piece and tighten everything. Verifying your assembly: Make sure all bearings turn freely. The spacers have a chamfer at their ends to ensure they only touch the center part of the bearings. Make sure the end piece is well-tightened and pointing up. If it doesn't point up, release it, turn the bolt in the base a third of a turn or so and tighten again. Print Settings: Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Make sure to print in the orientation of the provided STL file for best strength and filament fibers orientation. The big oval bump requires support, the rest doesn't. Avoid having support at the bottom of the spacers for cleaner interfaces with bearings.
