Spool holder for FlashForge Creator Pro 3D printer. The spool holder was designed to be used with small spools weighing 0.6 kilograms and having an inner diameter of 20.5 millimeters. This spool holder is made from two parts that are connected together through a tight fit or by using glue - although the use of glue is not mandatory. A Hex Bolt measuring M10x60 was used to reinforce the structure, but it can also be printed without it. To print this design, precise printing settings must be used because the parts fit each other in a very tight space. If you choose to include a bolt, you will need to use a #17 spanner to tighten the bolt securely. Printer Settings The printer used for this project is the FlashForge Creator Pro. Rafts are not required for this print job. Supports are necessary because of the complex shape of the spool holder. A resolution of 0.2 millimeters was chosen for this design. Additional Notes Infill settings were used to create a sturdy and durable design. The holder requires an infill percentage of 25%, while the hanger needs 100% infill to provide additional support.
