This is a replica of the bracket that's part of recent editions of the FlashForge Creator Pro and similar printers with a dual MK10 nozzle carriage. It's mounted on the left side of the extruder carriage, supporting both the blower fan and the fan duct. You'll need this if you want to install this type of fan and duct on an older printer that doesn't have this part - for instance, if you want to install my dual duct. It comes in two versions: one with larger holes where three 5 mm deep metal M3 threaded inserts can be installed (see the photo of the original; this is the recommended method because it makes a stronger part that won't wear out by repeated disassembly); and one with smaller holes that can accept M3 bolts directly (this is good if you quickly want something that does the job). Due to the difficulty of printing small holes accurately, in either case, you'll probably first need to prepare the holes with a drill. The Blender file is included to make it easier to adapt the model to specific needs. For mounting, ideally, you'll need: two 6 mm countersunk M3 screws for the bracket itself; two 20 mm socket, pan, or cheesehead M3 screws for the fan; and one 6 mm socket, pan, or cheesehead M3 screw for the fan duct. However, you could probably modify the part to use similar screws you have lying around. Only the screws for the bracket itself must have an M3 thread. For a perfect replica of the original part, find some cylindrical piece of whatever with a diameter of 2 mm and a length of less than 7 mm, and shove it in the tiny square-shaped hole in the model such that it sticks out 2 mm at the side where you mount the fan. This is optional but provides a more secure mount for the fan duct. If you need to buy the fan, this is what's mentioned on the one that came with my FFCP: Ruiapple DC brushless blower Model: DB5015HB24; DC 24V 0.10A. Print Settings Printer Brand FlashForge Printer Creator Pro Rafts No Supports No Resolution 0.2 mm Infill 20% Notes Note I haven't printed this yet since I have the original part. Let me know if you have any problems printing this. You may want to use three perimeters so there's enough plastic around the mounting holes. Do not print this in PLA, it will deform from the heat of the stepper motor. I would recommend ABS, although PETG might also work. If you want to compensate for ABS shrinkage and ensure the print has exact dimensions, you can scale it up to about 100.8%, although that's probably overkill for a part of this size. Post-Printing As usual, it may be necessary to enlarge the holes a bit before you can install threaded inserts or screws, because very small holes like these tend to be printed too small by FDM printers. If you push brass inserts into the holes with a hot soldering iron, the exact size of the holes probably doesn't matter, but you should keep the holes slightly smaller than the inserts to provide a sturdy fit.
