I was having a ridiculously difficult problem with my prints being "wavy" due to excessive mechanical vibrations (ringing). I'd noticed that the print bed was vibrating and jiggling around during the printing process. Having seen that the springs beneath the print bed were somewhat overextended, I decided to design/print & install 3 of these spacers. Installation is quite simple; you loosen all of the print bed adjustment knobs to the point they almost fall off and then one by one, you remove a knob and place the spacer in such a way that the bed spring sits inside the spacer's recessed portion. Screw the knob back into place and proceed in a likewise manner until all three have been put back in place. Prior to leveling your bed, tighten all 3 knobs by hand until you're unable to turn them (hand tight, do not over tighten!). Proceed with your preferred method for leveling your bed.
