I upload spool holders as I purchase them, always keeping them organized and within reach. So far, these models work seamlessly with MatterHackers and Hatchbox 1Kg Filament reels. Hatchbox is 52mm in diameter and measures 63mm from end to end. In contrast, MatterHackers comes in at 54mm in diameter and a length of 68mm. Taulman Bridge Filament takes a slightly different form, boasting dimensions of 3/4 inch (19mm) by 70mm long. A reliable connection is secured with an M6 screw and washer. I've included the 123Design files for your convenience, allowing you to customize them as needed. Post-Printing Process Once printing has completed, simply apply a strong adhesive like epoxy to join the two parts together. Use your current filament holder as a reference point to ensure proper alignment during assembly.
