Flashforge Creator Pro Door Stabilizer
thingiverse
I made several upgrades to my enclosure using PETG, including reinforcing the stabilizer with a thicker design that reduces the risk of accidental openings caused by bending. The new stabilizer also features a more prominent tooth protrusion for added stability. One problem I encountered was the FFCP's tendency to vibrate excessively during rapid extruder movement, causing the door to rattle and produce unpleasant noise within the enclosure. To address this issue, I designed removable hands that apply gentle pressure on the door once it is closed, preventing unwanted vibrations. For easy access to prints, simply rotate the handle and retrieve your print. No additional screws are required – just remove the existing screws above the door, insert a screw into the handle's hole, and reattach it to the recessed area.
