FlashForge Creator Pro bottom opening plug (Remix)
thingiverse
I saw this thing and liked it, but didn't care for the hassle of unplugging and threading heat plate wires through a hole in the middle, so I made some changes to make it easier to insert the wires without unplugging anything - and that's a bonus because the opening for the wires is smaller, which probably isn't bad. Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 80% Notes: I printed this using Simplify 3D with an ABS layer height of 0.2 mm and infill at 80% - I like sturdy prints, so I used 4 shells and 4 top/bottom layers each. The print settings were: temperature 220c for the bed, 110c for the first 2 layers, then reduced to 90c from layer 3 on. Speed was set to 80mm/s, but reduced by 40% for outer shells and layers - movement speed was 120mm/s. How I Designed This I made some adjustments to the original .stl file using Tinkercad.
