Inspired by this jig http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:810220, a user has devised a method to level a FlashForge 3D Creator Pro bed using a Harbor Freight digital indicator (SKU #93295).\n\nThe instructions for use are straightforward.\nBegin by initiating the bed leveling procedure. Once the extruder finds home, attach the jig across the guide bars with the slotted part positioned on the rear guide bar. Next, insert the dial indicator into the top hole and push it down until the dial face housing comes to rest against the top of the jig. Power on the digital indicator and then slide a piece of paper or business card between the indicator tip and the bed to prevent contact, zeroing out the reading in the process. Remove the obstruction and record the measurement.
