Flashforge Creator Pro 2016 glass bed corner bracket
thingiverse
This is a remix of a remix, where I removed the lip from Omegatron's remixed corner to fit my bed plus blue sticker plus 3.3mm glass, which totals 12-13mm in height depending on how tight I squeeze my calipers! FreeCAD source for this included - it's basically a couple of cubes turned into cuts for the original mesh. It pokes above the bed but off the bed by less than 1mm. The nut and bolt are Chewbone's originals. I used ABS, yet they still don't screw very reliably - at some point you end up just turning and turning without tightening any further. When will we learn to use metal for printer parts?! I found that with my glass being a bit larger in both X and Y than the bed itself, even with three of these pieces, I get movement. Now I've got four in place - three are tight and one is loose-ish, coping with the overhang, which works well. Print Settings: Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro 2016 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: Creator Pro ABS standard Infill: 35% Notes: A support is only needed for the corner piece. I set my glass bed to 110c and used some hairspray.
