FlashForge Creator Pro 2016 Filament Feeder Tube Mod
thingiverse
This remix of the FlashForge Creator Pro Filament Alignment Bracket by Makersome has been completely rebuilt from scratch using the original designs to fit the new FlashForge Creator Pro 2016 model perfectly. I originally printed Makersome's design but found out it had a major flaw: the width between fixture columns was too narrow. Using SolidWorks, I successfully recreated the bracket for others to enjoy, so feel free to remix it if you want. UPDATE 6/5/2015: I've finally managed to print my remixed design and as you can see from the images above, everything worked out flawlessly. This was my first solidworks design and my second successful part design ever! I hope this upgraded bracket will be a huge help for everyone else since it's an incredibly useful upgrade. To those who are still unsure, let me share my own story: at first, I thought I wouldn't need this upgrade, but one of my prints suffered from unraveled filament getting stuck and ruined an 18 hour print! So, I hope this convinces you to print this item because trust me, you'll need it. When I do, I'll add an update here so you can be sure it works. If it doesn't, I'll adjust it and post any updated files you need to print.
