I will replace the noisy print head fan with a new one. The original fan, a 4010 model, was extremely loud and annoying. It's being replaced with a much quieter Fan/Ventilator rated at 24V, 1.4W, measuring 40x40x10mm, producing an impressive airflow of 11.9m³/h, and operating at a whisper-quiet level of 27dBA. The new fan is a Sunon KDE2404PFV2-11AB model sold by IT-Tronics GmbH. This design also fits the 4015 fan perfectly, making it a great option for anyone in need of a replacement fan. Printing this part with PETG works well as long as all plastic components are kept away from very hot parts. Polycarbonate might be an even better material to use due to its higher heat resistance. A Fusion 360 file is included for those who want to modify or re-print the design.
