Since I required additional spools that fit neatly inside the Adventurer 3 for smoother winding and effortless printing with external filament brands, I designed this custom puzzle pieced spool with an adapter insert.\r\n\r\nTo assemble it, you'll need to print a total of 16 edge pieces and 16 arm pieces, one spool core, and one adapter piece.\r\nI employed a raft base on every print (this is the only reliable way to achieve a solid foundation).\r\nWhen printing the core piece, you will also need supports from the building plate.
