Thanks for sharing those fusion files, jwnicholson! I made some adjustments to your plates so they fit seamlessly around my mod. Check out this link on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3282844. I used bondo to fill in the gaps and gave it a coat of pink spray paint - although, I have to admit, it's not exactly the color I was going for! Anyway, the result is amazing, and now all I need to do is wrap it around the shaft and clip it into place. The space is generous enough that I won't need to remove anything to change my filament.
