FlashForge Adventure 3 - Bowden Tube Collet Printed Replacement
thingiverse
Redesign of FlashForge Adventure 3 Bowden Tube Collet I lost my bowden tube collet in a lockdown situation, forcing me to seek an alternative. Since I couldn't obtain a replacement, I embarked on a reverse engineering project to recreate the original bracket with a key modification - adding a 1mm thread that serves as the foundation for this redesign. To ensure seamless assembly, I've included an exploded view illustrating the step-by-step process. Please note that it's essential to print these parts using PETG due to their proximity to the hot end area; PLA may cause slow creep leading to failure over time. Before printing, verify that your 3D printer accurately reproduces the threads and can securely tighten and loosen them as needed. With proper execution, this redesign should provide a reliable solution for your bowden tube collet needs.
