Snap 40mm nozzle fan holder onto extruder carriage securely. I've opted for mostly right-hand extruder, so I've built this specifically for that setup. However, both left and center versions are also available - though the center one might not perform optimally due to airflow interference from being positioned between two nozzles. To install it, simply snap into place on top of the extruder carriage via the two small holes provided. Then, secure the 40mm 24v fan using two 2.5mm screws attached to the holder. Next, connect the fan cable to the unpopulated FET6 connector located on the Mightyboard. Using a nozzle fan can significantly enhance PLA print quality - and it's especially beneficial when printing with ABS due to its sensitive nature near hot nozzles. Print Settings Notes: Always use ABS instead of PLA for best results, as PLA may melt or become soft because of its proximity to the hot nozzles.
