Flash Forge Cooling Fan Duct

New IGES and STEP files available! This joint project with pcenginefx (http://www.thingiverse.com/pcenginefx/designs) involved a Mid-Coast to West-Coast collaboration. I handled the CAD work, while he took care of testing and photography. The design is based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:228055 for REP2X and made to accommodate a third 40mm fan for improved cooling around the nozzle during printing. Flash Forge owners can now enjoy the same benefits. This model hugs closer to the extruder carriage compared to some other versions, making it ideal for PLA and ABS prints. Print at 0.2 layer height, with 2 shells and 15% fill, without raft or support. Address bridging issues over ducts by turning off bridging and changing the solid layer angle to 90 degrees. Don't forget to clean "spaghetti" from airways. The short fan-to-duct bolts require M3-10, while M3-60 bolts replace the original ones as duct-to-extruder bolts.
