A Simple Print and Simple Construction for a Little Toy. This Project Was Meant to Be a Fun Introduction to Fusion 360's T-Spline Environment. Pushing the Button Flaps the Wings. I Chose Pink for the Prototype Print - Who Can Say Pterodactyls Weren't Actually a Vibrant Pink Color? Prints Fine Without Supports, Depending on How Well Your Printer Handles Bridges. Adding Brims May Help Prevent Warping. Print Two Pins. The Wings Are Simply Mirror Images of Each Other. The STL Files Are Rather Large - I Scaled Them to 30% to Fit on My 160x160mm Ender 2 Print Bed. At 30% the pins are quite snug in their sockets, but it's probably best to use a bit of super-glue anyway. I Plan to Update This Model at Some Point, with Better Detail on the Wings and Perhaps a More Realistic Body Shape. I'll Mark the Updated Versions as v2 if/When I Do. edit: I Forgot to Upload the Fusion f3d File - Now Done. edit2: Following brimstone326's Suggestion, the Button Has Been Modified So It Can Be Printed on Its Side.
