Frustrated as me, when the plugs on the cog wheel just keep breaking off? Tired of throwing the whole wheel away? I used the cog wheel from bmscott (Modified Open/Closed Sign Parts (easier), but still broke it off, so decided to make compatible plugs which fit in the holes of the wheel. This way, you can just use the printed wheel. Break off again? no problem, just print a small plug again.
