Flanged Drums for Clockwork Gears

Introducing new drum feature in version 6 of clockwork library's pinion modules. The drum can be attached to any gear or escapement wheel with incorporated flanges for string confinement. Flange depth is either half the rim width or one-third the drum height, whichever is smaller. To implement, use pinionDrum() for a flanged drum and pinionWheel()/pinionEscapementWheel() for a spacer as a flanged drum.
