The display features a two-inch diameter hoop that mimics burning flames as its central theme. Placed inside a fish tank, it creates a striking visual effect for all who observe it. To set this scene in motion, one must first design the hoop's structure using SketchUp, a powerful 3D modeling tool. With the design complete, an original PrintrBot printer takes center stage to print out the hoop's intricate shape, utilizing high-quality ABS filament. Next, permanent markers are applied with deliberate precision to color the white plastic and give it the look of flame-licked intensity. Finally, the decorative hoop is carefully positioned at the base of the tank, while stones are skillfully arranged around it, effectively camouflaging the surrounding structure from view and heightening the overall visual impact of this fascinating underwater creation.
