This is an animated creature called Pyra that's part flame spirit. The low price is due to technical issues with its skeleton and small fire parts. Unfortunately, moving the limbs, torso and extremities won't simultaneously shift the tiny flames and darkened veins beneath the skin. This limitation has prompted me not to call it a rigged item despite my earlier attempts to add life-like movement features.
