Flairlead cleat mount Archambault Surprise 25
thingiverse
This is a thing to fix a Harken Micro Cam Cleat upside down on a halyard exit plate of an Archambault Surprise 25 mast. Very practical if you want to pull the spinnaker up at the mast and cleat the halyard temporarily. Advantage of the upside down cam cleat is, that you can pull the spinnaker up at the mast, fix the halyard, go back to the cockpit pull the halyard though. By pulling on the halyard, the cleat at the mast will release and you can let the spinnaker down from the back. How to fix on the mast: Drill the rivet of the original metal flairlead (metal halyard exit plate) out. Press the flairlead from the front into the thing and fix the thing together with the flairlead back to the mast with a rivet (same hole) and done. No extra holes in the mast! Print remarks: Use TX-CF20 or something similar. Lift the upper end from the build plate and add support structure.
