My vision was transforming the recognizable silhouettes and profiles of Staunton chess pieces into streamlined forms, reimagining their three-dimensional shapes for 3D printing purposes. This allowed for creative hollow pieces such as the Knight's silhouette or the King's cross shape, along with the opportunity to infuse some personality into the pawns through subtle 3D printing flourishes.
