Flail for Sejuani Dawnchaser
thingiverse
I assembled the project on a LulzBot Mini, printing at 20% infill except for specific components like Beam_ChainLock, Handle_Cap, and Handle_JoinCube which I printed solid. The handle was scaled to 100% size for accuracy, while blades, eggs, and beams were reduced to 80% size to accommodate the printer's space constraints. Blade thickness was also adjusted to 75% for a snug fit within the beam slot. ABS plastic was used for the prints, secured together with Oatey Abs Cement Yellow, requiring pliers to open the container. A black chain from Home Depot cost just $2; the white egg was painted with Blue Mod Podge after printing in white, while all other parts came out in black or grey.
