InstructionsPrint with an outdoor-safe filament, like polycarbonate. Use a coarse gyroid infill and no solid bottom layers.Coat two rods of up to 3mm diameter with epoxy and insert them into the reinforcement channels. I used 3mm carbon-fiber rods.Fill the gyroid innards with epoxy and allow it to dry.DurabilityI've had this mounted on my house for the last four months with no trouble. But an earlier version, without the inner epoxy, broke apart in a windstorm after three and a half months of use. It remains to be seen how this one will fare in the long term, but so far so good.
