Flagpole light
thingiverse
This design is specifically tailored for a top-mounted flagpole light. It's designed to fit perfectly with the Allied Flag spinning flag pole, available on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DIA75Q6/. Additionally, it can be adapted for use with solar yard lights like those found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HXN01BE/, although it may also work with other lights featuring a similar design. The design boasts a 47.5mm diameter spherical socket and a 34mm diameter tubular base. To give the bracket and solar light their sleek appearance, Krylon Fusion white spray paint was used. The pole bracket was crafted using Onshape, while the solar light interface was designed with Fusion 360. Both parts were then sliced using Simplify3D. To print this design successfully, you'll need to reorient the parts in your slicer as shown in the image provided. Supports are essential for a smooth printing process. You will also require six 3/4" or longer #6 screws and nuts (or 20mm M3 screws and nuts) to assemble the final product.
