Hello everyone, my name is Conrad and I'm an artist seeking assistance with a project. For more details, kindly refer to the pdf file named "onea". Essentially, I require a CAD design of a ratchet mechanism that includes an arm attachment. This device must be clampable onto a fence, allowing the rotatable arm connected to the ratchet to move incrementally to a horizontal position and then back to its initial 90-degree angle. Additionally, I need to attach a flag at the arm's end. As an artist, this concept might not make sense to others, and vice versa.
