I had ordered a Vanmass QI cell phone holder for my car, which came with a mounting bracket for the ventilation slots. Unfortunately, this setup wasn't very stable because the ventilation could be adjusted easily. However, I already had a base plate from a Brodit mount installed in my car - and that's how I created a flat plate with a ball head. I glued the plate to the base plate using double-sided adhesive tape and then mounted the Vanmass bracket on top of the ball head... It works perfectly for me!
