FL Sun Delta Power Supply Cover
thingiverse
I have a son who's deeply interested in my 3D printers, so I avoid leaving live wires exposed. This is my case for the FL Sun Delta Power Supply, which features a switched, fused IEC socket according to http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/10a-fused-snap-in-iec-chassis-plug-with-switch-n94cz. It will sit upright against your printer, with an extension that fits snugly into the aluminum frame and two holes for screws to secure it in place. There's also an exit hole on the back for the controller board power, positioned between the two extensions. The image shows the first design, which lacked a crucial hole for the controller board power and had vent holes too low; the STL has since been updated with these changes. I was surprised by how much filament remained, which is why there's a color change! You might want to check the dimensions of your power supply before attempting this, as they may differ.
