Next UPDATE(7-10-20)\r\nI've uploaded a file from those hydra ducts for a grill on the fireplace. The full tubing version and remotepartcooling w/ 40mm axial fan are now available. I'm planning to print this soon, but it might take around 15 hours at 0.3\r\n\r\nUPDATE!\r\nI've reworked the design and now call it the fireplace(for now). Posting here because I'm lazy to remake another thingy. The file for 40mm axial fan cooling the heatbreak is available since some people prefer the quiet noctuas or just have them around. I don't currently plan on remixing the 5015 versions of this original cover, but that may change in the future.(Be gentle with the build pictures. My policy is, concept first, details later. Also for concepts that need air/water tight seals, I use a bit of silicone sealant just to give it best case scenario.) Running a 7530 radial fan and one stock 4020 axial fan. So far I've just haven't needed to upgrade the stock heatbreak fan since I don't print past 260. I can live without ABS printing.\r\n\r\nSo, I wanted a simple stockish end with extreme performance capabilities. Also, didn't want too much weight with bigger fans on the hot end. So, I rigged this up from three different files allowing the use of cpap hoses for remote cooling on both the heatbreak and part. Mind you, I'm still printing and tweaking this file since I'm still a noob and can't get the tiny bit of overlap crap from the nozzle, so I'll just be drilling out the excess for now till my 3d design game gets stronger. Any questions or want a simple revision, just ask. Still a noob but can definitely change the things I make.\r\n\r\nVersion 3.0\r\nNow I've added an exhaust vent for the heatbreak to direct it upwards. Full remote cooling with cpap hosing is now available. It won't be for another month before I can rig up the custom wiring/filament/hose setup. If someone who's very comfortable with 3d designs wants to rig up the... "all in one, low friction guide thingy", feel free. Here's a jist, message me for more details and I can probably just draw it to convey it. Idea is to take a 300mm linear rail, attach it to the top of the printer. Use a box for say a 7530 fan that has room for a filament guide with ptfe tubing through it, also room for passing all the wiring for the hot end etc. through. Attach said fan housing to the rail and all the wiring can be managed down on side or another. So basically just need to rig up this file I have for a 7530 housing to allow for ptfe tubing and wiring runs, then add in some holes on the body of the housing to mount onto the linear rail.\r\n\r\nIdea is to have the added rail manage the stress of moving wires and whatever directly over the extruder. Some extensive wiring extensions will be needed, of course, but I'd figure if I'm going all out with linear rails on the axis, why not relieve even more stress of moving parts for better precision.
