This is a compact fixture Cam Clamp, engineered to work seamlessly with a fixture plate. It can be utilized to create numerous straightforward jigs and fixtures. I would likely not use this to secure a part for machining, but it would be perfect for a drill press or assembly application. This block is designed to fit my complete ecosystem of 3D printed fixtures: 4"x4" Fixture Plate --- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3749201 4"x8" Fixture Plate --- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3755040 8"x8" Fixture Plate --- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3763608 Compatible 123 Block --- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3675399 1x2x.75 Fixture Block --- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3761790 1x3x.75 Fixture Block --- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3762813 Cam Clamp --- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3763199 Mitee-Bite Clamp --- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3770174 There are two distinct holes that you can use as pivots, both of which are designed as clearance holes for 1/4-20 screws. Both holes are slightly off-axis, but to different degrees. One hole is .1" off-axis, and the other hole is .375" off-axis. This gives you a bit of flexibility in how you position your clamps relative to your work, but you will get more force out of using the .1" offset hole. The hex on top is designed to work with an adjustable wrench and is 0.875" from flat to flat. The body of the clamp is 1.25" in diameter.
