If your employer has banned all software installations, here is one solution to keep Skype on green and boss happy :) You'll need some electronics also, Arduino etc. to rotate rc servo occationally to keep mouse "on move". Two sided duct tape will help also. Then just place your mouse on the fixture and lay back ;)
