This component is specifically engineered to serve as a replacement for the fixing block of the Mendel90 RepRap printer.\r\nThe design allows it to be utilized effectively with plywood, and its structure does not include a nut holder, unlike the original block for the Mendel.\r\n\r\nThe dimensions of this block are 35 x 15 x 15. The holes measure 4.25 mm in size (with an outer diameter of 8.75 mm).\r\nThe wall thickness of these holes is 2.5mm.\r\nThese components work seamlessly with 3.9 x 13 mm screws for 12mm plywood.\r\n\r\nFor optimal results, I suggest printing with 4 to 5 perimeters (dependent on nozzle width).\r\nI have successfully used 4 perimeters with a 0.5 mm nozzle, achieving an overall wall thickness of 2 mm.
