I modified the Wanhao i3 hotend assembly to include two aluminum blocks with long LM8LUU bearings in each. However, due to the NY-2016 crisis, I'm facing a significant delay in sourcing steel fixing outer rings for the LM8LUU bearings. To circumvent this issue, I've designed and printed plastic versions of these essential components. The smaller inner diameter C-ring serves as a fixing element, while the larger inner diameter C-ring acts as a spacer between the fixing ring and aluminum block, perfectly aligning with my design requirements.
