Fixie Bike Fender

Fixie Bike Fender

Made a bike fender for my 54cm PureFix, which cleverly uses the provisional mount for a rear brake to connect to the bike, along with the mounting skews provided on the frame seat stay. The fender is incredibly easy to remove and the support can be folded upward for sunny days! I do not know if this will fit other bikes. Print Settings: Supports: No Infill: 20+ Notes: Use a high number of perimeters for strength. ABS recommended! Post-Printing: For assembly, insert the pins into the provided holes and push the pieces together. If the pins are loose, try scaling them up 5%. If ABS was used, I recommend acetone welding; this is the method I used and it's very strong! Glue can also be used, but make sure to sand the bonding surfaces flat for better adhesion.
