I'm going to print a new fixer for my bathroom's aluminum door because the original ones are worn out from plastic degradation. To replicate one that fits perfectly, I've set up the following print settings. Rafts: Enabled Supports: Enabled Infill: 70% Notes: With Slic3r, I've defined 6 perimeter layers and 6 solid layers for a strong foundation. Using Makerware, I've specified 6 shell layers to ensure durability. Post-Printing Assembly is key.
