I downloaded this Thingiverse project: 489323 and noticed some issues with the drawing. To get it right, I redrawn it from scratch. The original version had some errors that would automatically be fixed in Slic3r - you can spot them on the thing view of the STL file itself. My re-drawn version should load seamlessly into your slicing software without any hiccups. Compare my orange model with others to see what I mean. Use 0.8mm layers and print at 100% infill for a robust part that can withstand pressure, especially if it'll be tucked into your pocket.
