To print the whistle design without difficulty, avoid using supports, rafts or infill. Instead, opt for 3 to 4 shells. If your model includes the ball feature, simply dislodge it using a flat tool post-printing. I discovered that removing the ball in my ABS-printed version was extremely challenging; therefore, I designed a variant without the ball. However, I aimed to maintain the whistle's trilling sound produced by the ball. Consequently, I devised a method that makes the ball easy to dislodge with just a gentle tap.
