In our updated design, interfering parts between trays have been resolved. The tray fits 25 components per level and contains a total of 200 parts across 8 nested trays. We are grateful to Tommy Mueller for simplifying the part provided. This tray measures 470mm x 470mm x 453.5mm (LxWxH), enabling denser palletizing and lower transportation costs. The design is manufacturable, with basic tooling required without slides/cams and easier molten plastic flow due to fewer level variations, avoiding defects from uneven cooling. It also features alignment assurance for proper stacking and orientation, a high strength-to-weight ratio from heavy ribbing on the bottom, easy product alignment and retention by pins, and shrouds to protect against external interference.
