Just a rebuilt model of this mount that I designed to build. Ran it through makeprintable.com after fixing some issues. Edit 3/20/2017: It turns out the original model was miscalibrated, and one edge was causing Simplify3D to carve an unsightly hole, so I ended up importing the model into TinkerCAD, making further adjustments, adding features like bolt countersinks, then re-processing it with MakePrintable again. I also have included a version customized for my print head that I built specifically for my own Frankenbot.
